17 mins: TRY MCLAREN - Great score. From the next phase of attack the ball is switched to the left flank and McLaren has the space to dive over in the corner. Again there is no goal.

16 mins: Logan again breaks clear from an inside pass from Townsend.

15 mins: Italy are trapped in front of their own posts but Pez does fire a kick clear towards the 22.

14 mins: Scotland move the ball wide and Logan gets on the outside of the defence. He falls to a desperate Mirco Bergamasco tackle.

13 mins: TRY WHITE - A quick tap penalty and Jason White drives over from close range. Paterson pulls the conversion attempt well wide.

12 mins: Glenn Metcalfe makes a fine break and finds McLaren in support but the Italian cover is across. Scotland are five metres from the line.
