NSW Waratahs lock Dean Mumm, 25, captains the Wallabies in their final outing before tackling England on Saturday in the first leg of their Grand Slam bid.
Outside centre Ryan Cross is the only player retained in Australia's starting XV from last weekend's defeat by New Zealand in Tokyo.
But Cross is joined by the front-line international quintet of Mumm, wingers Lachie Turner and Drew Mitchell, scrum-half Luke Burgess and hooker Tatafu Polota-Nau.
Fly-half Quade Cooper, number eight Richard Brown and prop Sekope Kepu also have international experience while Wycliffe Palu, Matt Dunning, Mark Chisholm and James O'Connor have been named on the bench.
