Final Score: Wellington 6 Lions 23 80 min: Despite a rather tame second-half show, it's a crucial victory for the Lions even though Wellington were missing most of their All Black candidates and there were several positives for the team, the biggest being the effort and commitment in defence.
79 min: It's comfortable now for the Lions and a job well done after the weekend defeat.
77 min: TRY THOMAS - With the home side napping, Thomas picks up and boots 40 yards towards the line and wins the chase to touch down with O'Driscoll and Jones also there in case he had not made it. Wilkinson adds the two points and it's 23-6 Lions.
