Widnes Vikings have signed Ireland prop forward Gareth Haggerty for a second time after he was released by Harlequins.
Haggerty, 28, who has signed a 12-month deal, first joined the club as a 16-year-old and has had spells in Super League with Salford and Harlequins.
"I'm really excited about coming back to Widnes and meeting up with some familiar faces," he said. "I didn't really want to leave in the first place."
Also joining Widnes are Wigan's England Academy back row forward Chris Gerrard, 19, who has signed a two-year contract, and 21-year-old Oldham scrum half Thomas Coyle.
