Scotland international John Duffy is to return for a third spell with Championship One club Leigh after becoming the third signing for new coach Ian Millward.
The 29-year-old stand-off, who was just 16 when he made his Super League debut with Warrington, played for the Centurions in 2001 and returned to help them gain promotion to Super League three years later.
"He's a player that can create a lot of doubt with the ball in his hands and I just think, with his experience and versatility, that he's a really good buy for the club," said Millward.
Duffy, who joins Robbie Paul and Ricky Bibey at the Leigh Sports Village despite their relegation to Championship One, has signed a two-year contract.
"I didn't really want to leave Leigh in the first place," said Duffy, who has also played for Salford, Chorley, Whitehaven and, more recently, Widnes.
"I had to look after my family and was gutted to leave. I'm now glad to be back and can't wait for the challenge ahead."
