New Wales coach John Dixon has included seven Celtic Crusaders players in his 18-man squad for his side's friendly against England at Doncaster's Keepmoat Stadium on Friday week.
The squad contains a blend of youth and experience as Wales look to build for the future following their failure to qualify for the World Cup.
There are four uncapped players in Geraint Davies, Lee Williams, Ben Flower - who all play for the Crusaders - and 18-year-old Rhys Williams, who is on Warrington's books but comes from Rhyl and was a member of the Wales Under-18 team that won the European Championships in Prague.
New captain David Mills, from Hull KR, is one of five Super League players in the squad - the others are Dave Halley, Craig Kopczak and Matt James from Bradford and Andy Bracek from Warrington.
Leigh scrum-half Ian Watson is Wales' most experienced player with 21 caps, only seven behind record holder Jim Sullivan.
The squad will go into camp on Sunday and train in Wales until Thursday when they will travel to Yorkshire for the match on Friday.
