St Helens v Huddersfield (+8)
Huddersfield are on an unbelievable run right now and are the form team in Super League but I expect their bandwagon to come to a shuddering halt on Sunday.
Saints have the experience of this type of game, they know how to win them. The possible returns of Sean Long and James Roby are clearly crucial. They have the vision to lead their side to Wembley.
The Giants know they are only 80 minutes away from the final but this could lead to anxiety. If they do get uptight it will cost them dear. Saints to win and cover are my bet of the weekend in England.
NRL:
Roosters (+8) v West Tigers
The Roosters are running last and while they had a fantastic win last week, they haven't won two in a row all season.
That could change here as the West Tigers are backing up from a Monday night game and they faded badly in the closing stages of that one, clinging on to beat Manly by a point.
I fancy the Roosters here, they know if they win they can get off the bottom of the table. This is one of their last opportunities to do so.
Eels v Knights (+6)
The Eels are hot and have won four in a row while the Knights are in something of a rut and have lost five of their last seven.
However this game can turn their season around. They have to win to get into the top eight and I fancy them to do that. That makes them the bet with the start.
