Challenge Cup Quarter-Finals:
Huddersfield v Castleford (+8)
Huddersfield hit back with a win last week while Cas were a little bit unlucky, they did well to come up with that result against Hull KR and if their disallowed try had been given early it would have had a different complexion on the game. I think this will be pretty tight. I'm going to go with the home team who have renewed hope they can go to the next level. They'll be full of confidence after last week's resounding win over Wakefield.
NRL
Newcastle (+4) v Canterbury
Canterbury are the competition leaders and are playing very well. Newcastle played on Monday and history shows it's really difficult to back up from that game the following weekend. However, the Knights played well on Monday, they had some scoring opportunities and were a bit unlucky not to get a result. Back at home, and with Brett Kimmorley a possible omission from the Canterbury team, the Knights are a good gamble at home with the start.
