Salford (+4) v Hull
I think Hull will bounce back here. They lost to Salford in the Challenge Cup but can gain revenge. Richie Myler and Malcolm Alker are forming a good duo for the City Reds, but Hull were unlucky to lose in the Cup and I fancy them to be too strong. Mentally they can be right up for this and for that reason I think Hull can win the game and cover.

Celtic Crusaders (+8) v Castleford
It was unbelieveable what happened to Castleford last week when they were hammered by St Helens. They are now missing some key players such as Dean Widders and young Joe Westerman and Celtic will fancy their chances of getting something from this. I'm going to go with a little bit of an upset here and take Celtic with the start. On the back of Cas' disastrous result last week, and with Celtic at home, the Welsh side can could claim a victory against a team coming off the back of a poor loss.
Hull KR v Catalans (+8)
I think Catalans could really struggle here because they are without Thomas Bosc and Adam Mogg. They are struggling in the halves and that means a really hard game at Hull KR. Hull KR are in better shape at the moment and they can win and cover the start. Along with Wigan they are the bet of the round.
Wakefield v Wigan (+4)
Wakefield keep playing well and have got some deserved victories but they've a tough task here with Wigan coming into a little bit of form. They came off the Easter break with a little bit more depth, Martin Gleeson has given them more of a step and Mark Riddell is playing better. I'm pretty keen on Wigan here, they are the bet of the round along with Hull KR and they should definitely win the game and cover the small start.
Warrington v Huddersfield (+6)
Warrington kicked back last week at home and did very well, where as Huddersfield are probably one of the form teams in the competition and they continue to show enterprise in attack. I'm going to go for Warrington here, I just think there is more stability around the place now and that huge win should give them confidence. At home this is a chance for them to step up, they can out defend Huddersfield, win the game and cover the start.
NRL
Melbourne v NZ Warriors (+8)
Melbourne got beaten on Monday night which is always a hard game to back up against and they aren't showing the enterprise that they have in previous years. They've had close wins and close losses in their last few games but overall they've been very disappointing. However, they've got some class players who can step up to the mark, and I think they might bounce back here. Their egos should hurt after defeat on Monday where they only scored one try. Take Melbourne to win and cover the start.
West Tigers v Newcastle (+4)
It's an away game for the Knights but I thought they were really impressive last week away to St George. Wests Tigers had a really tough game on Monday night against Melbourne and I think that will have taken a lot out of them. Newcastle have a lot of flair, their attack flows well and they can win the game even without the start.
