France v Australia
Australia have made seven changes to their team and I think that you will find that the Test debutants will be extremely excited.
That could mean a lot of tries and a lot of stoppages and that will give them time to get plenty of breaks during the game if they are a little underdone.
They do need another game under their belt and a good win here - the latter is a foregone conclusion.
The interesting thing is that they have kept the half-back combination of Darren Lockyer and Jonathan Thurston so Australia will be far too good.
They will cover any start given and if the weather is good, they could take this by 50 points.
The French have been knocked around in the first two games and are at the end of a long season for the Catalans players.
They also have some players who are not up to standard plus there will not be much local support in Paris, which is well away from the main rugby league area.
Australia will win and score an abundance of points.
England v New Zealand
This is a massive game as the winner goes through to the final.
New Zealand are such a physical team and were very good defensively last week in only conceding two tries.
They weren't knocked around either so they can really ramp up their physical presence here as they have some young guys in the team.
Their draw against Australia was probably the best performance of the tournament so far and if they can maintain that they will win this game.
They were impressive in attack that day and play an England side that has produced only one good half of football.
They have made changes but still remain very inexperienced in the halves with Sam Tomkins and Kyle Eastmond and I just can't see how they can give a full 80 minutes against the Kiwis.
They have tried to shore up the defence which was poor on the right-hand side the other day by bringing in Chris Bridge from Warrington.
The physical battle will be the biggest of the tournament and I just think that New Zealand are better in the big games and in just that bit better form.
