Australia v New Zealand (+14)
This is a must-see game for all rugby league fans as it features a rematch from the World Cup final.
New Zealand produced a huge shock by winning that game after Australia had skipped away to 10-0 lead. The home side then had a try disallowed that would have taken them to 16-0 and if it had been given we would have been looking at a very different game.
It wasn't and New Zealand ended up coming home strongly for a comprehensive win. There is a lot of talk of revenge in the Australian camp and they look very strong. The backline is outstanding, you can't find fault anywhere.
New Zealand lost hooker Issac Luke to suspension and a couple of other players have been lost to injury.
I expect Australia to win and cover the start. This will be a high-scoring game and I expect the home side to post plenty of them. New Zealand traditionally suffer in this one-off Trans-Tasman clash and it's Australia all the way for me.
City v Country (+2)
It's a really disruptive game this. They pick the teams on Monday, some players pull out on Tuesday, more follow on Wednesday and they are struggling to put sides together.
This is a real lottery but if you fancy a bet go for Country. They are receiving a start, the game is played out in the country and there is a lot of passion in their ranks.
Coach Laurie Daley will have his side fired up and he can spur his men on to victory.
