In the back division, Tom Heathcote has been given the nod to start at fly-half, partnering Mark McMillan who comes in at scrum-half.
Meanwhile, Horacio Agulla moves to the left wing as Olly Woodburn comes in on the right and Ben Williams and Danny Hipkiss re-form their centre partnership.
In the pack, Dave Attwood and Ryan Caldwell form the second row, Francois Louw captains the side from openside flanker and Will Skuse comes onto the blindside as Nick Koster starts at number 8.
