Harlequins have made four changes to the starting line-up for Saturday's Avivia Premiership clash with Bath at The Stoop as the champions try to get their season back on track.

Their Heineken Cup quarter-final defeat to Munster last weekend followed two domestic defeats to Saracens and Gloucester, and coach Conor O'Shea has made two changes to his back-line and two to his pack in a bid to rediscover the winning formula.

Sam Smith starts on the left wing in place of Ugo Monye and in midfield Matt Hopper returns at the expense of Tom Casson.

Up front Joe Gray replaces Rob Buchanan at hooker, and Tom Guest comes in at blindside in place of Maurie Fa'asavalu.

Bath, aiming to maintain their bid for a Heineken Cup place, make six changes to the team which lost to Stade Francais in the Amlin Challenge Cup last weekend.

Dave Attwood returns to the second row in place of Dominic Day, and Ross Batty will start at hooker, displacing Rob Webber.

Mat Gilbert comes onto the openside flank, as Francois Louw shifts to the blindside and Simon Taylor to No 8.

Michael Claasens returns to partner Stephen Donald at half-back with Peter Stringer dropping to the bench, and Horacio Agulla moves from midfield to the right wing, with Army star Semesa Rokoduguni taking his place in the centres.

Olly Woodburn is on the left wing in place of the injured Tom Biggs.

On the bench, Argentinian hooker Eusebio Guinazu could be in line to make his Premiership debut, with fit-again Guy Mercer being named in a matchday squad for the first time since January.
