  • DROP GOAL, HARLEQUINS, EVANS! 23-16. Quins have one last throw of the dice at a scrum deep inside their 22. Joe Trayfoot makes a brilliant break and is brought to ground just inside Clermont's half by Sivivatu! Quins take the ball through three more phases and Evans drops into the pocket and lands a snap-shot from about 25 metres out! That's the final act of the half, as the full-time whistle goes shortly afterwards and Quins have burgled a bonus point! Clermont will be unhappy despite being on the winning side as they were also chasing a bonus point for scoring four tries. It's not often that one sees a game's winners looking dejected, and the losers ecstatic, but that's exactlty what happened here today.

  • Quins tap and go inside their 22 but lose the initiative when Sinkler knocks on close to the halfway line.

  • After taking the ball through more than 20 phases, Robshaw is pinned for holding onto the ball on the ground in front of Clermont's try-line. The hosts play quickly and Sivivatu sets off down the right-hand touchline!

  • Quins take the ball through the phases with their forwards. They show great continuity which is frustrating the hosts.

  • Nathan Hines is pinned for taking Easter out off the ball. Evans puts the ball into touch on the halfway line.

  • Quins are now throwing everything at Clermont in a bid to cut that lead! They lose momentum when Kyle Sinkler goes off his feet at a ruck at Delaney puts the penalty kick into touch inside the visitors' 22.

  • King takes the ball into contact but is penalised for holding onto the ball on the ground. Evans puts the ball out midway between the halfway line and Clermont's 22.

  • Quins attack deep inside Clermont's 22 but lose the initiative when Easter's offload to Hopper is knokced on.

  • Evans gets a chance to narrow the gap, after Clermont's forwards infringe at a ruck, but he pushes his effort wide of the uprights.

  • Clermont waste the opportunity when Danny Care manages to knock the ball from Mike Delaney's grasp. Quins recycle the ball and Care clears his line with a kick into touch close to the halfway mark.

  • Clermont are hammering away at Quins' try-line but they are met by a wall of defenders! Referee George Clancy eventually penalises the visitors for straying offside at a ruck. Clermont opt to take a scrum in a bid to get that elusive fourth try.

  • Sivivatu finds the ball in space and is soon inside Quins' 22. He is brought to ground by a great covering tackle from Brown, however and Quins get out of jail!

  • Joe Marler is penalised for illegal scrummaging. James puts the ball into touch just inside Quins' 22.

  • Quins take the ball through numerous phases and are soon inside Clermont's 22. All that good work is undone, however, when Easter knocks on a pass from Robshaw.

  • Lapandry is pinned for side-entry at a ruck inside Quins' half. Evans kicks for touch and puts the ball out 10 metres inside Clermont's half.

  • Clermont are awarded a penalty, inside their 22, when Will Collier is pinned for illegal scrummaging. James puts the ball into touch on the halfway line.

  • PENALTY, CLERMONT, JAMES! 23-13. James gives side a 10point lead after Quins' forwards are pinned for a ruck infringement.

  • Evans clears his line with a big kick upfield. His kick is gathered by Byrne who spins the ball wide to Sivivatu, who sets of on an attack.

  • Nick Evans gets the second half underway! His kick is gathered by Julien Bonnaire who goes to ground inside his 22. The ball comes out to James who clears his line with a kick into touch 15 metres outside his 22.
