The Rhinos' reward for a handsome 60-6 fourth-round win at Super League neighbours Wakefield on Sunday was a home tie in the last 16 on the weekend of April 26.

St Helens, who top Super League after seven rounds, were pushed all the way by Huddersfield in their opening tie, winning 17-16 courtesy of a last-minute drop goal from Luke Walsh, and they will face another testing trip to Yorkshire as they look for their first Wembley success since 2008.

"At the end of the day you've got to beat them to get there," said Saints coach Nathan Brown.

"We've played a top side today and going to Leeds will be another great challenge for us."

Holders Wigan will face part-time opposition for the second time. The Warriors beat Championship team Dewsbury 58-6 on Friday night and will be overwhelming favourites to dispose of Championship One team Hunslet, who were 27-10 winners over Workington in the fourth round.

There are two other all-Super League ties, with Salford, who are set to unveil Iestyn Harris as their new head coach on Monday, paired with Widnes, while Bradford's new signing Jamal Fakir will face a reunion with his old team-mates after the Bulls were drawn at home to Catalan Dragons.

There will be at least two Championship clubs in the quarter-finals, with Leigh meeting Featherstone and Swinton playing Keighley in the fifth round.

The draw for the fifth round of the Tetley's Challenge Cup is:

Wigan v Hunslet

Leigh v Featherstone

Leeds v St Helens

Warrington v Doncaster

Salford v Widnes

Bradford v Catalan Dragons

Swinton v Keighley

Castleford v Sheffield Eagles

Ties to be played on the weekend of April 26-27.
