A try two minutes from the end by prop Mark Bryant earned London Broncos a 26-22 friendly win over Catalan Dragons in Perpignan.

Mark Bryant: Earned victory for the Broncos

The home side led 12-8 at half-time thanks to tries from forwards Remi Casty and Olivier Elima, with Chad Randall and Luke Dorn touching down for the Broncos.

The Dragons extended their lead to 16-8 through Mathias Pala but the visitors struck through Jamie O'Callaghan and Michael Robertson to edge 20-16 in front.

Veteran forward Steve Menzies looked to have won it for the Catalans when he went over for their fourth try but Bryant had the final say.

Both sides had two players sent to the sin bin for fighting in the second half. Michael Witt and Scott Wheeldon (London) were shown yellow cards, along with Catalan co-captains Casty and Gregory Mounis.

The win rounded off a successful training camp in the south of France for the Londoners, who were 34-0 winners over Toulouse on Saturday.
