Flynn submitted an early guilty plea after being charged with the grade C offence by the RFL following a fight with Castleford's Justin Carney.
Both players were sent to the sin bin after the confrontation in the 57th minute of the Tigers' 34-22 First Utility Super League win over the Vikings on Sunday.
Flynn will now miss the Vikings' next two games against Catalan Dragons in Super League on Friday and Keighley in the Challenge Cup quarter-finals the following week.
Carney was also charged with the same offence but, as he did not have the option of an early guilty plea, his case will be dealt with at a disciplinary hearing on Tuesday evening.
The disciplinary panel will also hear charges against Wakefield's Chris Annakin and Warrington forward Ben Westwood.
Both players were charged with grade D dangerous throw offences after the Super League meeting between their respective clubs on Sunday.
