Hull KR prop Jonny Walker has been given a one-match ban for a dangerous tackle on Widnes forward Ben Kavanagh during Sunday's 34-29 home defeat by the Vikings.

Walker, who was making his return from a two-month injury lay-off, admitted the grade B offence and will sit out Saturday's game at Salford.

Wingers Chris Riley (Wakefield) and Jason Crookes (Hull) both admitted minor grade A offences after clashing during the game at the KC Stadium, where the Wildcats won 23-16.

Both players avoided suspension after submitting early-guilty pleas and will be free to play for their clubs this weekend.
