Hull seeking McDonnell exit
Hull FC are hoping to finalise a settlement with Australian full-back Shannon McDonnell that will see his KC Stadium career come to an early conclusion.

The 26-year-old joined from rivals Hull KR on a two-year deal in October 2012, although the East Yorkshire club now want to move in a different direction.
McDonnell missed the second half of last season with a hamstring injury and the emergence of Jamie Shaul means he is now surplus to requirements under head coach Lee Radford.
"We feel it would be better to negotiate an ending of Shannon's deal," owner Adam Pearson told the Hull Daily Mail.
"With Shannon's injury and Lee's decision to take a different direction, we feel an exit is the best solution for all parties and we are in the midst of those negotiations.
"It is now Shannon's call to take our offer to leave the club."
Bradford Bulls have already been mooted as possible suitors for McDonnell's services with coach Francis Cummins keen to bolster his threadbare squad in the wake of Marc Green's takeover.
