Victor Dartnall has set targets for two of his big-name horses Lodge Lane and Russian Trigger.
Lodge Lane began last season as one of the hottest novice chasing prospects when he beat Wichita Lineman by seven lengths at Exeter but he was unable to register another win.
Conversely Russian Trigger went from strength to strength and ended up landing first the Kent National and then the Midlands National.
Dartnall said: "Lodge Lane is in a graduation chase at Carlisle on Monday while Russian Trigger is going to go for the big three mile and three furlong handicap chase at Cheltenham this month."
