Analysis

Ryan Moore's wait for a Royal Ascot winner came to an end as he found a willing partner in Colony inside the final furlong. He emerged on the scene towards the centre of the track and only had to be ridden out to the line. Savarain put up a really game effort under topweight as he continually fended off challenges from the home turn until the winner got the better of him. He looks Listed class at least,.Indian Days had a bit of a hard-luck story as he was going well on the far rail but got hemmed in and could never get into top gear. Both Dream Desert and Moonquake put in some good late work.
