Analysis

Matt Morgan: "He's always shown lots of ability at home, but after his York debut he has been disappointing. After Haydock on Saturday (last in a six-runner handicap), Ryan got off him and told us to stick the blinkers on him. The horse is named after my father, Ivan, who passed away 15 years ago. He was a postman, and Morning Post has delivered."

Adam Ryan: "We've always had faith in this horse and sometimes you have to take a chance."
