Analysis

Golan Way set a searching gallop until blundering going up the hill, leaving Ainama in pole position turning for home. But GO NATIVE was always going like a winner, eased up the inside and shot clear jumping the last. Medermit stayed on up the hill and the gap was only a neck at the line with Somersby also coming off the pace to snatch third nearly three lengths adrift. Favourite Cousin Vinny stalked the leaders but failed to find much when the pace quickened..
