Analysis

Tom George: "Things didn't quite go as expected last year. He never quite got over Cheltenham - he got hit in the face and didn't enjoy the experience at all. He had a terrible time there and it has taken him a while to get his confidence back. He was a little unlucky last time when he fell at Kempton, but he seemed to enjoy it today and got into a nice rhythm. He doesn't want the ground too fast, but this is nice ground. There are no big plans - we'll just enjoy the day and see how he comes out of the race."
