William Haggas hit the target again on the second day of the Dante meeting when Queen Of Ice took the Galtres Stakes.
The 20/1 chance just held off stablemate Arabian Comet in a thrilling one-two for the trainer in the EBF-sponsored Listed race, named for the first time in honour of Sir Henry Cecil.
Yorkshire-born Haggas landed the same Listed event with his well-regarded Our Obsession 12 months earlier and it looked as if Andrea Atzeni and Queen Of Ice were going to be much the more likely winners of his pair as she went past Noble Protector with over a furlong to run.

However the 20/1 chance, placed at this level already this season, was then asked to dig very deep as Joe Fanning and Arabian Comet began a late charge and eventually finished just a nose in arrears.
Haggas said: "Arabian Comet just wants further and she'll go for the Park Hill next.
"I'm not sure about the winner, she's not in anything and I think it's a case of job done.
"She was given a great ride and he caught the rest napping. It's great to win a race named after Sir Henry, and just great to win any race here, especially for these owners (Cheveley Park Stud) as they've been with me since the start."
