Kool Kompany bounced back to form after a disappointing run in the Coventry when winning the Group 2 Railway Stakes.
Richard Hannon's charge was sent off 6/1 at Royal Ascot after rattling up three wins from his first three starts but could only manage 12th behind The Wow Signal.
However, he left that form behind when galloping to an impressive three-length success at the Curragh from Peter Chapple-Hyam's Ahlan Emarati, who was third in the Norfolk Stakes at the Royal meeting.
Capella Sansevero, second to The Wow Signal, was sent off the 6/4 favourite but was never going the pace of Kool Kompany and finished out of the frame.
Winning jockey Fran Berry said: "The only anxious moment was in the stalls, he got a little bit upset. But they put a hood on him and he settled down.
"I thought he'd do well to get across, but he did and finished well. Seven furlongs wouldn't be a problem for him."
