The 11/10 favourite travelled smoothly in midfield behind leaders Minorette and Tarfasha for the majority of the race and was angled out by jockey Declan McDonogh to make her challenge two furlongs from home.
She cruised to the front and then showed a smart turn of foot a couple of lengths clear when asked for her effort just before the furlong pole. However, the Johnny Murtagh-trained Chicago Girl plugged on tenaciously and was eating up the ground as the winning post approached.
However, My Titania was not for passing and she dug deep to deny the runner-up by half a length.
"It's great - she's a nice filly and we've got high hopes for her," said trainer John Oxx.
"It's also nice as she's by Sea The Stars and that's his first Group winner. We've got a nice filly for the future.
"We were pretty hopeful before the race as she's done plenty at home and is a consistent worker. She's got plenty of ability, plenty of speed and travels well in her races.
"She seems to have inherited her sire's inclination to doss a bit in front and she wasn't sure where the second horse was. She probably needs to be delivered a bit later but we've learned a lot from this race.
"She won't run anymore this season. She's sharp and alert and has learned a lot in her three races so far. The ground is critical for her and she has to have fast ground.
"If all goes well over the winter and she's still in one piece, we'll have a look at the 1000 Guineas and then the Oaks. She has a chance of being a good filly. I'm not sure what her best trip will be as it's early days but I'd be hopeful she'd get further than a mile in time."
Sky Bet were impressed with My Titania and cut her to 14/1 (from 20/1) for the Investec Oaks at Epsom next year.
