Verdict
Storm Runner scored over track and trip last week with Crissycross over two lengths behind. He should go well again despite carrying 6lb extra but WHISPERING WARRIOR may prove good. The latter won here before following up at Kempton ahead of Warbond, form that also gives him the beating of Hereford Boy. It's unlikely David Simcock's colt has stopped improving and a hat-trick looks on the cards off a 4lb higher mark.
