Verdict
Me Fein will probably start favourite for this but he had to be dropped into a seller at Fakenham to get off the mark over timber and carries a penalty here. The heavy ground could also pose problems. GOUGANE looks a much safer proposition, despite the drop in distance. Successful over fences in June, he was second over 2m5f at Southwell last time and Phil Middleton has a good strike rate here with his hurdlers. Share Option isn't badly handicapped if recapturing his best form but the handicapper appears to have a grip on Mufreesboro now and First Morning was well beaten on his return from a break. Majestic Bull can confirm recent C&D running with Amazingreyce and looks best of the rest.
