A bit of a surprise not to find the Hannon yard represented in the list of previous winners. But DANGEROUS MOONLITE looks likely to put that right back in this grade after finishing down the field in the Queen Mary at Royal Ascot. She scored at the latter track on her debut and is the one to beat in this unless Dream Approval can find a big improvement on her recent win at Brighton. Lady Marita has little chance on what she's shown so far and Tongue Twista's winning relatives all won over longer trips than this.
Dream Approval (IRE) 5-1 (8-7) Always prominent, led 2f out, ran on well, comfortably, won at Brighton 6f 2yo mdn aut (5) gf beating Sculptured (8-10) by 2 3/4l, 7 ran.
Dangerous Moonlite (IRE) 12-1 (9-0) Chased leaders near side, pushed along well over 1f out, weakened inside final furlong, 10th of 21, 7l behind Anthem Alexander (9-0) at Royal Ascot 5f 2yo fll Grp 2 (1) gf.
Tongue Twista Stimulation filly out of Lady-love.
Lady Marita (IRE) 150-1 (9-0) Slowly into stride, outpaced in rear, edged right halfway, never involved, 19th of 21, 17l behind Anthem Alexander (9-0) at Royal Ascot 5f 2yo fll Grp 2 (1) gf.
