The top four in the weights have all been performing consistently well this term but INCITING INCIDENT could be the one if able to repeat his rapid stalls exit last time when making all at Nottingham. Ryan Moore is booked and such tactics are well suited to this venue. Castorienta is a consistent filly but her two wins to date have come on the all-weather and soft ground, unlike Miss Brazil, who delivered the goods on a good to firm terrain at Yarmouth last month. Both seems likely to run their race once more, likewise The Dandy Yank, another who handles quick ground and who confirmed current wellbeing with a solid effort just four days ago on the new surface at Wolverhampton.
The Dandy Yank (IRE) 8-1 (9-6) With leader, ridden over 1f out, every chance inside final furlong, no extra towards finish, 3rd of 10, 1 1/4l behind Emjayem (9-5) at Wolverhampton 5f hcp 0-75 (5).
What A Dandy (IRE) 12-1 (9-1) Led, ridden over 2f out, headed inside final furlong, no extra, 3rd of 9, 1 3/4l behind Mimi Luke (8-13) at Yarmouth 6f mdn hcp 0-70 (5) gf.
Inciting Incident (IRE) 4-1 (9-3) Made all, soon grabbed stands side rail, ridden and stayed on inside final furlong, won at Nottingham 6f 3yo hcp 0-70 (5) gf in Jul beating Shades of Silk (8-10) by 3/4l, 12 ran.
Miss Brazil (IRE) 6-1 (9-4) In rear and outpaced, ridden and headway over 1f out, no extra inside final furlong, 4th of 6, 4 1/2l behind Aye Aye Digby (9-6) at Lingfield 6f hcp 0-75 (5) gd.
Double Czech (IRE) 13-2 (8-13) Chased leaders, pushed left and bumped over 4f out, lost place and never involved after, 6th of 8, 14l behind Katawi (9-2) at Newbury 6f 3yo hcp 0-80 (4) sft.
Castorienta 13-8fav (9-8) Tracked leaders, headway to lead entering final furlong, ridden and ran on, won at Leicester 6f 3yo hcp 0-70 (5) sft beating Bold Spirit (9-7) by nk, 5 ran.
Intense Feeling (IRE) 8-1 (8-5) Chased winner, ridden approaching halfway, driven over 1f out, lost 2nd inside final furlong, weakened and lost places final 100 yards, 6th of 9, 4 1/2l behind Rough Courte (8-9) at Lingfield 1m 3yo clm stks (6) pol.
