Verdict
De Dodger was just over three lengths behind Paco Jack over this trip at Punchestown and there's very little between them on the revised terms. Novarov is progressing at a rate of knots though his recent improvement has been down to tackling longer trips. Persian Gayle went up 3lb for finishing third to Ros Brin on his handicap debut but the fourth has won since so the form looks strong. Colls Corner was beaten a long way in this last year but has bounced back to form and won comfortably when dropped back to 2m at Naas last week. Kings Canyon easily landed a novices' hurdle at Carlisle for Nicky Richards and connections went to £60,000 for him last month. Cloughmile reverts to hurdling after a first-fence mishap over fences here and looks reasonably treated but it's TABLE MOUNTAIN who gets the vote as he produced his best run over hurdles to date on his handicap debut at Fairyhouse on what was only his fourth start.
