King Of Eden brings recent winning form to the table having quickened up nicely to score at Chester last time. He's only been raised 3lb for that victory and another good effort is anticipated but KIMBALI is awarded narrow preference. Richard Fahey's gelding, taking on his elders, has been contesting very decent handicaps this term and a recent Chester second to Van Ellis represents strong form. He's only up 1lb for that sterling performance and will not be inconvenienced by any further softening of the ground. Orbit The Moon is in fair form but is probably in the handicapper's grip at present and Fieldgunner Kirkup, faced with optimum conditions, looks a likelier shortlist candidate.
