Tenor Nivernais was still in contention when his rider's iron slipped at Wincanton last time and can figure with normal luck in-running. CLOUDY TOO is up 8lb for his defeat of the progressive Dunowen Point at Wetherby but is is dropping down a grade and makes more appeal than stablemate Yurok, who also scored at Wetherby in December. Ohio Gold has shown promise in novice events and is less exposed than recent Doncaster winner The Chazer while Makethe Mostofnow should be thereabouts with a clear round after falling at Ffos Las a fortnight ago. Achimota and Furrows are harder to fancy.
