Verdict
Ballyoliver won on his chasing bow at Warwick last New Year's Eve and got back to winning ways at Market Rasen in April. But both of those victories were over shorter trips and he lacks a recent run unlike SATOU. Philip Hobbs' grey won at Sandown and Towcester last season and he'll be all the better for his recent second to Ballybough Gorta at Haydock - he should take all the beating here. Firebird Flyer was pulled up on his chasing bow but was a good second over hurdles at Chepstow subsequently and has more scope than Epee Celeste and Rockabilly. Bowntobebad is also unexposed and preferred to Nudge And Nurdle and Cullahill of the others.
