Verdict
PONMEWORD has been in fine form recently, scoring over fences at Limerick on St Stephen's Day and over timber there last month. He may have been on a four-timer here but for slipping up at Tramore and though climbing the weights looks to have been found another good opportunity. Letterlee Star ran his best race for a long time when narrowly beaten by today's rival Popaflora at Punchestown and, as he was in very good form at this time last year, he looks a threat with his low weight and can reverse form with the winner, who has since disappointed at Navan though that was over the minimum trip. Son Of Moyne won over 3m here in October and has found shorter trips too sharp subsequently so he's another to consider in an open contest.
