Verdict
PRINCELY HERO is moderate in the extreme but jumps and stays so in the context of this event he will take some beating. Blackwell Synergy has shown nothing since arriving from Ireland where he won twice but don't be surprised by a return to form in this poor contest. Thorncliffer won a novices' handicap at Wetherby in December but has run poorly since but the once useful staying handicapper Gidam Gidam has dropped to such a lowly mark that he should be considered. Presented has a bit more scope than these rivals and has been racing in better company.
