Verdict
Gymdoli, who scored at Hexham in November, looks to have the weaker form of the three winning hurdlers at the top of the weights as Woodpole Academy went into many notebooks when scoring easily at Newcastle and is an obvious threat to all, though DUKE OF NAVAN may have his measure. He also won at Newcastle before a cracking effort behind Dodging Bullets in a Cheltenham Grade 2, form that just gives him the edge. Winning bumpers Big Water and Rhymers Stone should be kept on the right side in what looks a stronger than usual event for the money.
