Verdict
Desert Strike scored here a week ago and a good run from the runner-up, My Own Way Home, in the previous race would boost confidence. However, a punt is taken on POLAR VENTURE back at this track as he won his maiden over C&D before a modest effort over 7f at Kempton last time when Exceedexpectations finished third. Gung Ho Jack's form has tapered off since landing a double at Wolverhampton in November but Dancing Freddy continues to slip down the weights and finished a couple of placed ahead of Welease Bwian when third here last week.
