Light From Mars is a consistent enough sort on his day and he's sure to run another big race but POSTSCRIPT really should have too much class for these rivals. Life hasn't been easy for David Simcock's charge in big handicaps but he's been allowed to gradually drop a couple of pounds down the handicap and following substantial market support ahead of his most recent start at Haydock, he can belatedly get back to winning ways. Andrew Balding's runners at Chepstow are always to be respected and Perfect Mission has to be considered a big player under the circumstances. He made all under an enterprising ride in an amateur riders race at Salisbury and stable apprentice, Kieran Shoemark takes 7lb off his back tonight. Sarangoo won a weak apprentices event at Windsor on Monday and the mare is quickly turned out without penalty.
