In The Crowd finished a couple of lengths ahead of Arte Del Calcio when third at Ludlow on his hurdling bow and he should go close in this. BORDONI was better than both of the above on the Flat, however, and arrives on the back of a win over 2m at Yarmouth. If he transfers his superiority over to hurdling then John Ferguson's charge should come out best in this. Dalmo may finish closer dropped in class while Palus San Marco and Hector's Chance are other hurdling debutants from the Flat to keep an eye on.
