Verdict

Smadynium never figured on his reappearance at Worcester but should strip fitter here. Swift Escape won an Exeter bumper in April and has scope while Formulation and Maybe I Wont have plenty of experience and can also figure while Waltz Darling will have had plenty of schooling. Calaf did well to finish fifth at Ludlow considering he refused to settle but we were quite taken with BRIGHT APPLAUSE's debut effort at Wetherby last week. Twice a winner over 1m4f on the Flat, he had every chance at the last at the West Yorkshire track and will know more here.
