Verdict
Calculated Risk looks a likely sort in this opener as he won on good to soft ground on his debut at Doncaster in January before coming up against better opposition at Huntingdon. Third at Musselburgh subsequently, he doesn't look badly treated. Foster's Road's last run was in a Grade 2 while Dont Take Me Alive has claims if you ignore his last run at Market Rasen and Whipcrackaway beat Mr Lando at Fontwell in December and has had a run on the Flat since finishing fourth at Folkestone. CAPTAIN CARDINGTON seems to be holding his form well and won here in December. He may just be good enough to defy his big weight.
