Verdict
Flat form isn't always translated to hurdling but it's worth taking note when a decent performer on the level has been with a top NH yard for a while, as is the case with FATCATINTHEHAT. A jumping career will have been on the cards for Willie Mullins' Authorized gelding from day one and he should be too good for those with experience which include Gowran second Crouching Harry, Hazariban and Dayrina. Volt Sun has his first start since arriving from France so Mudaffar may prove the pick of the remainder.
