Verdict
Welease Bwian is a consistent sort over 5f but doesn't stay much further than the minimum. Roy's Legacy was second over this trip at Lingfield last Wednesday, however, while Lastkingofscotland is invariably thereabouts at this level and had fellow C&D winner Belinsky behind when runner-up at Wolverhampton last month. FORTROSE ACADEMY hasn't managed a win since landing his maiden over C&D more than a year ago but he's been placed three times over 7f lately and could just appreciate the drop back in trip. Also eased a little in the weights, Andrew Balding's gelding can come out on top but it would be no surprise the equally well-weighted Speak The Truth alongside him in the firing-line.
