Verdict
Omoor made a promising start when fourth on the Turf at Lingfield and Society Pearl also ran well on her debut before returning a disappointing favourite in heavy going at Haydock. My Gigi showed a big improvement in the soft ground at Newbury last week but still finished a couple of lengths behind the runner-up BEAUTIFUL VIEW. The latter won't have to improve much to open her account unless one the newcomers is decent. Woodland Aria and Sugar Coated are both half-sisters to winners but Za'Hara can count the high-class Debussy among her winning relatives and she could prove a bigger threat.
