Kitten's Joy - the potential stumbling block to Breeders' Cup Turf glory for
Ouija Board - has consolidated his position as favourite for the Texas showpiece
on Saturday week.
The three-year-old colt, trained by Dale Romans, was on Thursday cut to 11-8 from
7-4 with Coral following good support. He is the same price with William Hill,
while Ladbrokes go 6-4 from 7-4.
Kitten's Joy has won five of his starts and was particularly impressive when
beating the former Neville Callaghan-trained Magistretti by two and a half
lengths in the Grade One Turf Classic Invitational at Belmont Park three weeks
ago.
Ed Dunlop's Ouija Board is second-favourite at a best-priced 7-2 with Coral,
although the dual Oaks winner is also engaged in the Filly & Mare Turf.
