Premio Loco landed a first Pattern race victory as he claimed the Group Two Darley Oettingen-Rennen at Baden-Baden.
Trained by Chris Wall and ridden by George Baker, Premio Loco returned from a lengthy lay-off in style to run out a two-and-a-half-length winner in the mile heat.
Local runners Konig Concorde and Earl Of Fire filled the minor places and Wall has already set his sights on further foreign glory.
"We always planned to go abroad with him this summer - either to Deauville or Baden-Baden," he said.
"We want to go to Dubai in the winter and if he runs before that, I don't know. He needs good ground."
