The Leeds-based firm went live with the offer at 0900 GMT on Wednesday with the race looming large on Saturday week.
Willie Mullins' On His Own is the 7/1 favourite following the news stablemate Prince De Beauchene will miss the race. Last year's third Seabass is the 9/1 second-favourite.
Sky Bet Racing PR Manager Michael Shinners said: "With the National less than 2 weeks away we have decided that with 57 left in the race, we are going to go Non Runner Money Back.
"With a couple of horses having different options, this gives Sky Bet customers the chance to back a horse knowing if it fails to make it to the big day they will get their money back. With a full field of 40 horses likely, an extra place for each way customers can only help and it only seems fair to offer 5 places for the big race a week on Saturday."
