Bred to be ok being by Cape Cross but is yet to find the winners enclosure. Today's fast track should play to his strengths as often travels nicely before flattening out. Hasn't got the most obvious profile but has a good jockey booked and gets lumps of weight from the more fancied runners.
Has run in some competitive and decent races this year but has been getting tapped for toe and then staying on late. Basically looks a bit slow but with the trainer in decent form now and the extended trip in his favour hopefully he can improve on recent showings.
Runs for the successful partnership of Jeremy Scott and Nick Scholfield and has shown plenty of ability. Will have to improve on his last run but did receive a very tender ride that day in a good race and gets some weight from the favourite. Will be tough to beat the Nicholls horse but at the prices looks a reasonable bet.
